  • Brainstorming authors, panel topics, help find moderators, act as a liaison between the organization, publishers, authors, and bookstores

  • Onsite/Day of coordinator: handler for authors, ensure signing lines are running smoothly and efficiently

Planning your book tour? Working on your press kit? I can help with that!

  • help with marketing, social media, website, press kit - offer feedback, help with prepping for successful book tour, book their book tour/act as publicist/assistant/liaison for book tour and booking events, consult on bookstore outreach and applying to festivals,  etc, training and prep for panels and convo events(?), hold their hand basically and make sure they’re okay and have someone to turn to for questions and help, kind of like a manager for authors/literary manager??
